Voting needs a Solana wallet such as Phantom or Solflare. Until a token CA is set, any connected wallet can vote, one wallet gets one vote, and you can change your vote until the round closes. This is a community decision, not a promise of any return on the token.

Is this a charity?

Bowl is a community project on Solana. Creator funds buy real items for animals. It is not a registered nonprofit and not financial advice.

Why buy the thing instead of sending cash?

Cash can wander. A bag of kibble, a surgery invoice, or a crate is harder to misuse — and the receipt is public.

Does submitting a request guarantee funding?

No. The community reviews asks. Only approved items get bought, and only when the treasury can cover them.

Do I need tokens to submit a request?

No. Anyone can submit. Voting on where the treasury goes needs a connected Solana wallet (and a minimum hold once the CA is live).

Where do receipts go?

On this site, next to the on-chain transfer. Batch one is still open — the first receipt lands here when the first buy is done.

Is Bowl affiliated with Best Friends or HSUS?

No. Those are vote options for where funds might go. Bowl is independent and not endorsed by them.
